Domestic Delivery (UPS or USPS):

We’ve updated our shipping rates and made them more flexible too!
Now you have a choice of USPS First Class, USPS Priority and USPS Express as well as UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Overnight.
Let’s break it down:

First Class – $4 Flat fee is the most affordable, but will take 3-6 business days
Priority Mail – $7 Flat fee, will take about 1-3 business days
Express – $25 Flat fee, overnight (not guarantee)

Ground – $13 Flat fee, will take 1-5 business days
Second Day Air – $35 Flat fee, 2 business days (Guaranteed)
Overnight – $65 Flat fee, overnight (Guaranteed)

USPS will always be cheaper than UPS hands down, it’s the best option when it comes to price, however Cons of USPS include far less detailed tracking than UPS, occasional delaysand based on our own experience shipping both carriers we can say that even though UPS is more expensive it’s also more reliable.

Same Day Shipping:

All orders placed before 4 pm EST will go out the same day. Orders received after 4 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

Second-Day and Overnight shipments have to be confirmed by phone. Please call: 917-300-0317 once you placed an order.

iLash New York gives customers a choice of shipping delivery method. iLash New York provides tracking number for every order placed on the website. After order is accepted by shipping carrier, iLash New York is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address as well as contact information.

Please note: UPS and USPS don’t deliver on Saturdays* or Sundays, so the next business day after Friday will be Monday.
* – UPS delivers on Saturday (for an additional fee of $18) if requested.

Every order which value exceeds $199 is shipped with signature requirement. If you would like it to be delivered without signing for it, please give us a call once you place an order.


If you received defective merchandise or incorrect order and would like to exchange it, please contact [email protected] We will be happy to assist you and send out replacement right away. Please note, that due to sanitation and health regulations, iLash New York cannot accept returns on any opened seal products or used tools.

We strongly encourage you to inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. If you believe that the item received is defective or damaged please submit your request within 24 hrs of the time of delivery either by email [email protected] or by phone 1-888-741-4242 Mon-Sun 10AM- 7PM EST. Return/exchange requests submitted after 24 hrs of receipt are not guaranteed. iLash New York reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. All returned packages received without prior authorization will be refused and shipped back to sender.

Merchandise Exchange:

If you would like to exchange the item ordered in error please let us know ASAP. iLash New York requires an exchange request to be submitted within 14 business days after receipt. All orders become final sale after 14 days of receipt. Exchange can be made only on items that were not previously used, remain sealed and in the original packaging. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Exchange credit will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected at iLash New York warehouse. Return and replacement shipping fees apply.


Any order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged. Once packaged, a 10% restocking fee applies. Shipped or in transit orders cannot be cancelled or revised.
